Thanksgiving Carryout Special

Your Thanksgiving,
Out of Our Kitchen.

Build your holiday spread exactly the way your table needs it — by the pound, by the quart, by the dozen. No guessing at pan sizes, no paying for food you will not eat. Pick it up the day before, heat it the day of, and spend Thanksgiving with your people instead of your oven.

How It Works

This is a request, not a checkout. Nothing is charged online — a real person reviews every order, makes sure the quantities make sense for your headcount, and sends you an invoice you can pay before pickup.

1

Build it

Choose what you want and how much. Every item shows the price and roughly how many people it feeds, and the running total updates as you go.

2

We confirm it

We read the order, sanity-check the amounts against your guest count, and send a proposal with the final total including tax. If something looks off — too much gravy, not enough potatoes — we tell you before you pay.

3

Pay and pick up

Settle the invoice, then collect your order in the window you picked — cold with reheat instructions on  , or warm and ready to serve on   for a   fee.

Dinner Packages

The whole table in one line. Each package is a fixed spread at a set price — no substitutions or swaps, which is how we keep them priced the way they are. Want to change something? Build your own below instead.

Every package can be picked up cold with reheat instructions on  , or warm and ready to serve on   for a   pickup fee. Add anything else you want from the menu below — it goes on the same order.

Or Build Your Own

Turkey, ham, potatoes, vegetables and stuffing are sold by the pound, and you can order half pounds — type 2.5 straight into the quantity box. Gravy, cranberry sauce, salads and rolls come in set sizes, so pick the one you want from the dropdown. As a rule of thumb a pound of potatoes or stuffing is about three servings and a pound of vegetables is about four; the estimates beside each line do that math for you.

Order received — thank you.

We will review the quantities and email you a proposal with the final total, including tax, within one business day. Nothing has been charged. If you do not hear from us, call 248-652-0195 — do not assume the order went through silently.

Thanksgiving Carryout Questions

Am I paying when I submit this?

No. Submitting sends us your order to review. We confirm the quantities, then email an invoice with the final total including tax. You pay that before pickup.

How much food should I order?

Each line tells you roughly how many people that dish feeds. Aim for your headcount on the main and one or two sides, then go lighter on the rest — most people over-order gravy and under-order potatoes. Anything sold by the pound can be ordered in half pounds if a full pound is more than you need. If you would rather not do the arithmetic at all, pick a package — each one is built to feed the headcount on its label, with turkey on the generous side because leftovers are the point. If your total looks wrong for your guest count, we will flag it before you pay.

Hot or cold — which pickup should I choose?

Cold on   means everything is packed chilled with reheat instructions in the bag, and you decide when it hits the oven. That is the easier choice if your dinner is late in the day, if you are travelling with it, or if you want the kitchen free on Thursday morning. Warm on   comes out of our kitchen hot and goes straight to your table — no oven, no timing, no reheating. Choose that one if you are eating within an hour or so of picking up. It carries a   pickup fee, because it means opening the kitchen and staffing it on Thanksgiving Day itself.

What about pie and dessert?

We are not baking dessert for this one, and we would rather point you somewhere good than do it halfway. Rochester has it covered: The Home Bakery on S. Main, Dolce Vita Bakery on Walton in Rochester Hills, and The Pie Collective by Achatz Pie Co. in Troy. Order early — they sell out of pumpkin before we do.

When is the deadline?

Orders close  , or earlier if we sell out. Thanksgiving carryout is produced in a fixed batch — once the kitchen is full, it is full.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Reach out before the deadline and we will adjust it. After that the food is already being produced. Call 248-652-0195 or email info@flavorlabmi.com.

Do you deliver?

This special is carryout only, from  . If you need a delivered and staffed Thanksgiving, that is full-service catering — get in touch and we will quote it.

Can I use a gift card?

Mention it in the notes and we will apply it to your invoice. Need one? Gift cards are here.
