Service Details - Signature
What's Included:
- Professional catering setup with stainless steel chafers, quality serving trays and utensils
- Disposable plating, flatware, and napkins
- Setup 30 minutes before serve time
- Buffet attendants for 3 hours of service (typically 30 minutes setup, 2 hours service, 30 minutes cleanup)
- Display signs for food identification
Service Style:
Buffet attendant quantities determined by party size, coordinator recommendations, and your specific needs
Buffet attendants maintain buffet area only
Does not include table clearing or guest trash removal
Additional Fees:
- Events running over included hours may incur additional labor charges
Requirements:
- Minimum: 12 guests (pricing based on 12 if headcount is less)
- Lead time: 7+ day lead time required
- Fees: 20% admin fee + staff + delivery fee based on distance and time
- Gratuity: 18% mandatory
